How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Are JuJuBe bags machine washable?

Most of our bags are machine washable! We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and hardware.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers hardware malfunctions and stitching issues but does not cover normal wear and tear.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Afterpay.
