Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JuJuBe purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unused items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
